We make no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Furthermore, Dwreads does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

You hereby represent and warrant that this Agreement constitutes your legal, valid, and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms, and that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dwreads or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Dwreads website, even if Dwreads or a Dwreads authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses (including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, business, or profits; loss of contract or depletion of goodwill; loss of anticipated savings; loss of use or data; or business interruption damage) caused by or related to:

• The suspension, cancellation, or other actions taken against your account.
• Delays or disruptions to services and/or the website, including but not limited to unavailability due to routine or emergency maintenance.
• Viruses or other malware obtained through access to the services or website, or any phishing, spoofing, or other attacks.
• The use of the services and/or the website, or otherwise in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or any other legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

For Publishers

Dwreads reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and monitor a Publisher's traffic in real-time to identify fraudulent activity, among other things, without reducing the Publisher's sole and total liability for such matters. Publishers who engage in blatantly fraudulent activities will have their accounts permanently banned from our network and will not be compensated for fraudulent conversions.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to provide services and/or accept Publisher applications it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms, for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Applications with inappropriate content.
• Apps that promote any illegal goods or services, such as human trafficking, sexually explicit or adult content, illegal goods or services, or illegal gambling.
• Goods, services, promotions, offers, or marketing that infringe on the copyright or other rights of any person.
• Fraudulent traffic, fake users, or duplicate IP addresses.
• Media that is harmful to minors or violates laws related to the protection of minors.

The Company will notify the Publisher by email after approving a submitted application. Upon approval, the Company will permit the Publisher to use its services.

Payment

During the term of this Agreement, Dwreads shall make a payment to the Publisher, which will be calculated based on a revenue share determined at Dwreads’ sole discretion. The revenue share is based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the number of ad clicks, impressions, and actions, as well as their quality, validity, and user demographics.

Once Dwreads determines the authenticity of the Publisher's traffic and the revenue is recognized by the advertiser, we will determine the payment date, which is typically between net 15, net 30, and net 60. We support payments via PayPal and cryptocurrency. For specific payment details, Publishers should contact a relevant Dwreads representative.

Fraud

You are expressly prohibited from using any person, means, device, or arrangement to commit fraud, violate any applicable law, interfere with other affiliates, or falsify information related to referrals or commission generation. Dwreads shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether fraudulent activity has occurred.

Right to Amendment

Dwreads reserves the right to modify, change, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We also reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or extend our events or services, as well as the conditions for the operation of the service, including methods for obtaining and exchanging virtual currency, at any time. Dwreads may also add any requirements or restrictions to the programs contained in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Dwreads is the sole owner or assignee of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of this website and all of its contents (including but not limited to photographs, videos, documents, texts, virtual and/or audiovisual materials, graphics, drawings, designs, etc.), as well as trademarks, logos, brand names, or any distinguishing signs or symbols, software, and applications, or holds the necessary licenses and/or authorizations.
